Forza Horizon 5: How to Report a Rammer

If you've played an online race in Forza Horizon 5 and you've been intentionally rammed by a player, you can report them. Here's How to Report a Rammer in FH5.

Before You Report

  • Note down their Gamertag and record a video of the incident for proof. A video is mandatory for reporting a player.
  • If you’re on PC, you can use OBS or any other screen/game recording software to record a video of your gameplay.

How to Report a Rammer

Step 1

  • Visit the Forza Support page and click on the red “Create a Ticket” button located at the top of the website.
  • Once you click on it, you’ll be prompted to log in to your Microsoft Account. Sign in with the Microsoft account you use to play Forza Horizon 5.

Step 2

  • After logging in, you should see a contact form asking you to select options.
    (If you don’t see the contact form after logging in, click on the “Create a Ticket” button again)

Step 3

  • Click on the dropdown and scroll until you find “Report a Player”.

Step 4

  • Fill out the player report form with relevant details such as their Gamertag, date of the incident, lobby (e.g., Team Trial or Horizon Open), and describe the incident in detail.
  • In the “Violation” dropdown, select “Ramming”
  • Include the link to the video you recorded in the description box.

Here’s an example of how to fill out the form; do not copy it:

Subject: Rammer in [Lobby Name]
Gamertag: [Insert Rammer’s Gamertag]
Forza Title: Forza Horizon 5
When did this happen?: [Select date of incident]
Lobby: [Lobby Name]
Violation: Ramming
Description: I encountered a player in [Lobby Name] (Gamertag: FapaPernando) who kept ramming into my car and pushing me out of checkpoints for no reason. Here’s a link to the YouTube video of the incident: https://youtu.be/dQw4w9WgXcQ
I request that you take appropriate action against the rammer.

Step 5

  • Click on “Submit” after filling out the form and a ticket should be generated for you. You can track its progress by clicking on your Gamertag, located at the top of the website, and then clicking on “My activities“.

Please do not create multiple tickets to report the same player.
